児童の性的虐待・性的搾取（CSAE）防止基準

1. 適用範囲

MeTaskは、電子名刺の作成・交換とタスク管理を目的としたビジネス向けアプリです。児童向けサービスではありません。18歳未満の利用を想定していません。

2. ゼロトレランス

児童の性的虐待、性的搾取、児童ポルノ、グルーミング、その他児童を性的対象とするあらゆるコンテンツおよび行為を禁止します。発見した場合は削除し、アカウントを停止し、適用法令に従って捜査機関等へ通報します。

3. 禁止事項

児童の性的画像・動画・文章、およびそれを連想させる表現の投稿・送信・保管依頼
未成年者になりすますこと、または未成年者を性的対象とする勧誘
名刺写真、プロフィール画像、フィードバック添付、テンプレート画像を用いた上記コンテンツのアップロード

4. ユーザー生成コンテンツ

本アプリに公開ソーシャルフィードや動画ギャラリーはありません。利用者がシステムピッカーで選んだ静止画のみ（名刺・顔写真・ロゴ・フィードバック添付）を扱います。動画ライブラリへのアクセス機能はありません。

5. 申告と対応

CSAEの疑いがある場合は、アプリ内「マイページ」→「フィードバック」から申告してください。運営は申告を確認し、該当コンテンツの削除、アカウント停止、必要に応じた法令に基づく通報を行います。虚偽申告は利用規約違反とします。

6. 法令遵守

日本の児童買春・児童ポルノ禁止法その他適用法令を遵守します。Google Play の児童の性的虐待および性的搾取に関するポリシーにも従います。

1. Scope

MeTask is a business card and task app for working adults. It is not directed at children and is not intended for users under 18.

2. Zero tolerance

We prohibit child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, and any content or conduct that sexualizes children. We will remove such material, suspend accounts, and report to competent authorities as required by law.

3. Prohibited uses

Uploading, sending, or asking us to store sexual images, videos, or text involving children
Impersonating a minor or soliciting a minor for sexual purposes
Using card photos, profile photos, feedback attachments, or template images for any of the above

4. User-generated content

The app has no public social feed and no video gallery. Users may upload only still images they select with the system picker (business cards, profile photos, logos, feedback screenshots). The app does not access the device video library.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected CSAE via in-app My Page → Feedback. We review reports, remove content, suspend accounts, and notify authorities when required. False reports violate our terms.

6. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable Japanese law, including the Act on Regulation and Punishment of Acts Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and with Google Play’s CSAE policies.
